Our apartment managers are experienced professionals and most have been with our company for more than 10 years. Additionally, we have an experienced and dependable maintenance department which is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for all of our properties.
Three16 Property Management Company operates as a team, and every employee is valued and is vitally important to our continuing success. We have been in the property management business since 1972.
Mr. Robert R. Collier, Sr. was the President of Collier Management Company, LLC. which is now named Three16 Property Management. He had been in the real estate business for more than 50 years, involved in the building of residential subdivisions, apartments, acquisitions, and management. Mr. Collier entered into rest Saturday, February 4th, 2017, at the age of 80.
Mr. Todd A. Dickson is the owner of Three16 Pproperty Management. He joined Three16 Property Management in 1988.
