Pet Policy

**Disclaimer: We do not allow pet sitting at any of our properties**

Please check on each properties page to identify if pets are permitted. If they are permitted, the following apply:

The following must be submitted immediately upon obtaining a pet or at move-in:

Veterinarian papers stating the breed of the animal, and that the animal is up to date on shots/vaccinations
2 pictures of the animal,
A pet fee (non-refundable) and pet rent per pet (as determined by the property manager)
Cats must be fixed, and declawed
Max Weight is 60 pounds. (If dog is not yet fully grown breed can only be known to be smaller than 60 pounds.)
